All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (€12.95):
– Carrier: DHL or FedEx
– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Available worldwide (excluding some remote areas in Asia)
Free Shipping:
– Available for orders over €50
– Carrier: EMS
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Shipping Restrictions
We ship globally except to certain remote areas in Asia and other restricted locations. During checkout, you’ll be notified if we cannot ship to your address.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Stanley Magasin purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy.
Return Conditions
- Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and with all tags and accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened:
- Measuring tools (Caliper, Measuring tape, Levels)
- Cutting tools (Bolt cutter, Shears)

- Package Your Item: Once approved, carefully pack the product with the original delivery note.

Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal). For card payments, it may take an additional 1-2 days depending on your bank.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
- We will ship the replacement item as soon as we receive your return.
- Shipping costs for the replacement item will be your responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error.
- For professional customers with registered accounts, special arrangements may be available for bulk orders.

If you receive a defective product (e.g., an adjustable wrench that malfunctions or a hammer with a cracked handle):

- We will arrange a free return and fast replacement.

Important Note: Specialized tools like torque wrenches and professional hammers are tested before shipping. Any signs of improper use will void the warranty.
